ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JULY 13, 2006

7:00 P.M. Called meeting to order. Present: Paula Keefe, Richie Gorden,

Ellen Abelson and Mark Mazur

1. The Board granted abatements for parcel 91-253 for the fiscal years 1998 through

2002. They were granted with the authorization of the state through G.L. Chapter 58

Section 8.

2. The Board read a decision from the Appellate Tax Board in favor of the Appellant

for parcel #82-28 for fiscal year 2005.

3. The Board granted an abatement for parcel #82-28 for fiscal year 2005 as directed by

the Appellate Tax Board.

4. The Board reviewed their encumbrances for fiscal year 2006.

5. The Board discussed several farm excise abatement applications. They directed the

Administrative Assessor to obtain some further information from the applicant.

6. The Board discussed and approved systematic changes made to our land and building

schedules as part of our fiscal year 2007 revaluation of real estate assessments.
